宗鑫,男,理学博士,预聘教授,硕士生导师。主要研究方向为基于植物功能性状的宏观生态学,通过联合遥感和地面联网观测数据,在宏观尺度上探讨植物功能性状对生态系统结构和功能的影响,以及基于植物功能性状的生态系统对气候变化的响应。

Resume
I am an associate professor at the School of Forestry/Ecological Research Center, Northeast Forestry University. I obtained my Ph.D. in ecological remote sensing from the Faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC), University of Twente, the Netherlands in 2023. My research primarily concentrates on the quantitative monitoring and mapping of terrestrial ecosystems using remote sensing technology, especially LiDAR. Leveraging the information extracted from multi-source including remote sensing and ground-based observation networks, I aim to understand how the traits of plants and ecosystems influence the ecological process, community structure, and function of the terrestrial ecosystem, as well as its response to global change.
