Conference rooms:

Plenary session:Conference Hall of Chengdong Building

Concurrent sessions:Room 722, Room 1126, and Room 1016 in Chengdong Building for Topic 1, Topic 2 and Topic 3, Respectively.

Meals:

All breakfasts (6:30-7:30) are included in the hotel charges. An icebreaker (or welcome banquet) on August 1 and closing dinner on August 2 will be arranged at the Banquet Hall on the basement floor of NEFU Expert Hotel starting at 18:00. Lunch will be provided as a buffet style at the same Banquet Hall from 12:00 to 13:30. All meals are free of charge to the registered personnel.

Oral presentations:

Please hand in your Powerpoint file to the conference secretariat and upload it to the conference computer at the registration time. If you are using slides or overheads, please inform the conference secretariat at the registration time.

Registration:

Registration will be accepted from 9:00 to 21:00 on August 1, 2017 at the lobby of the 1^stfloor of the NEFU Expert Hotel.

Business center:

A business center (fax, photocopy, Internet access, etc.) is in the lobby of the 1^stfloor of NEFU Expert Hotel. Please prepare changes (in Chinese Yuan) by yourself.

Travel information desk:

Travel information (e.g., excursions, sightseeing, food, shopping in Harbin, etc.) is available at the registration desk.
